Wallace Sears– Editor/Publisher
Wallace is an Alabama native and 1974 graduate of the University of Alabama with a BA in Mass Communications. He spent 8 years in broadcasting in Alabama, writing, reporting and anchoring newscasts at WSFA-TV, Montgomery. For 16 years, he worked at the Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida as the Managing Photo Editor for Walt Disney World Press & Publicity. His duties included supervising editorial news photo coverage and working with noted visiting photographers and writers. He was also responsible for overseeing photography on a daily basis, and coordinating special press events and photo projects. Wallace was sent to France for eight weeks in 1992 as part of the special management team to coordinate photography for the opening of the EuroDisney Resort.
As Editor/Publisher of Pachyderm Press, Wallace secures projects and the personnel to accomplish them, coordinates the shoots, editorially assembles the people and materials to produce the products, and supervises the final production.
